Your responsibilities:
- You will be a full team member from day 1.
- Support the automation of internal processes and workflows across teams.
- Help identify, evaluate, and implement new tools to improve efficiency.
- Experiment with AI agents, automation platforms, and custom scripts.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand pain points and propose tech-driven solutions.
Your skills:
- Tech-savvy mindset and curiosity for how things work behind the scenes.
- Strong interest in automation, tools, and AI-powered workflows.
- Ability to work independently, explore new tools, and come up with your own ideas.
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of no-code/low-code tools, APIs, or scripting.
- Python skills are a strong plus.
- Experience with AI tools is a big bonus.
- General understanding of business processes or marketing workflows
- Good level of English
